Essential Job Responsibilities:

Strengthen the Pre-Season SIOP process for NORCAM Region

Build a solid partnership with MBP team to put in place processes of Gross Demand Reviews that will give a clear and aligned view on Sell Thru, Logistics yield and phasing allowing to reach the Sales Plan for all products (Permanent, Carry Over and Seasonal) and channels (Wholesales, Retail, Outlets & Digital).
Translate the Gross Demand into Net Demand thanks to deep understanding and knowledges of the regional inventory, local logistics layout and supply lead times.
Secure the quality of data entered into IT systems and make sure they are keyed in a timely manner in adequation with Central Team’s requests.
Be the focal point and the Regional leader of the Supply Loop Back coming from Operations to decide actions in case of non-executability of the season (Commercial Orders adjustment, Airfreight activation, Order cancellation), reaching one commercial executable plan shared with every stakeholder.
Own the stock-equation ensuring consistency of landing inventory versus target

Lead the In Season SIOP process for NORCAM Region

Lead and animate the monthly Regional In-Season SIOPs within the overall NORCAM teams ensuring resources alignment with business ambitions on the short & mid-term, aligning Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Logistics and Operations teams).
Understand and animate the regional operational performance (Sales, Inventory, Operational Execution (OTA, OTIS) on a weekly basis. Deep dive into root causes and define action plans to reach operational excellence.
Work with Commercial teams and Customer Service at getting Customer Order book systematically updated and healthy. Work with all relevant stakeholders to prioritize Inventory allocation when needed.
Animate & lead the NOOS SIOP by gathering Sales Forecast, by setting adequate Safety Stocks by projecting Inventory and by consequently adapting Supply Plans

Inventory Management

Be the operational owner of the Regional Stock Equation in close collaboration with MBP & Finance teams.
Optimize stock allocation and immobilization: animate and validate key business rules and strategy.
Partner with MBP team to understand the details of the regional inventory and constantly build plans to get it healthier.

Mindset & Continuous Improvement

Drive your team into service level and stock optimization.
Keep Supply Chain agile to answer business needs: keep a continuous improvement culture within your team.
Continuously improve the SIOP process within the overall NORCAM teams
Be a solution sponsor/finder to business and/or operations issues.
Develop a culture of high performance within your team and across the NORCAM team by pushing the systematic understanding of the gaps vs plans (for Sales, for Inventory, for Supply).

Requirements/Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or business management degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is required for the role.
Relevant MBP experience, in particular Planning and procurement
Good communication skills and ability to influence
Making decisions based on experience, data analysis, and various team feedback
Be able to be solution focused. Engage global resources as needed.
International experience a plus, abroad or through regular contacts to foreign HQ within a global company
Good communication skills

Role based in NYC, but could be considered Montreal
