Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns efficiently through email and chat
Process returns and exchanges accurately within our system
Clearly explain our return policies and procedures to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to returns
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and return transactions
Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
No experience necessary; we provide thorough training
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A customer-first approach and desire to help others
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet working space
Enthusiastic and willing to learn and adapt
