We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency. Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors
Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus
