Position Summary

As a Recruitment Operations Lead at Capital Rx, you will be focused on optimizing recruitment processes, systems, reporting, and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. This role involves managing recruiting analytics, operations tools, driving improvements, and processing new hires, while ensuring compliance across all recruiting activities. The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, possesses a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, and has expertise in data analytics and process automation, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position Responsibilities

Develop, track, and analyze key recruiting metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).
Create dashboards and reports to help Talent Acquisition team make informed decisions.
Manage all weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, and new hire reporting.
Collaborate with IT to communicate projected equipment needs and ensure that new hire equipment is issued appropriately and delivered prior to the candidates start date.
Maintain and audit databases of candidate license verifications, reference checks, and background checks.
Managing the creation and tracking of job descriptions.
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on recruiting trends, process bottlenecks, and team performance.
Streamline workflows and operations to improve efficiency, while enhancing reporting, analysis, and support functions.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, automating repetitive tasks where possible.
Assist with the implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency within the recruitment cycle.
Develop and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) along with detailed documentation and training materials for coordinators, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring clarity in roles, processes, and compliance with company and legal policies.
Train Talent Acquisition team on new processes, tools, and system functionalities.
Perform regular audits on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and optimal functionality.
Continuously assess and evaluate the performance of recruiting tools and systems, making recommendations for upgrades or changes.
Provide ongoing support to the Talent Acquisition team, by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance recruitment operations.
Collaborate with HR and other internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and smooth onboarding.
Work with Talent Acquisition leadership to align recruiting operations with broader business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for recruiting tools, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on process improvement.
3+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and best practices.
Strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives within a recruitment environment.
An active and data driven approach to problem solving.
Ability to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily.
Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product.

Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000
