Product Strategist – Rare Disease (Pompe, ASMD, & MPS1)
Location: Cambridge, MA (Flexible work-from-home options)

We’re looking for a talented Product Strategist to lead brand strategy and drive commercial success for our therapies targeting Pompe, ASMD, and MPS1. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the brand strategy for multiple rare disease products, ensuring alignment with our global mission.
Collaborate closely with global teams, including brand leads, patient marketing, and health systems, to deliver a customer-focused approach.
Develop insights from market data, patient journeys, and competitor analysis to shape commercial strategies.
Drive strategic decision-making, budgeting, KPI tracking, and financial reporting across product portfolios.
Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to navigate a dynamic market landscape.
About You:
10+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in product/brand strategy.
A proven track record of working within complex, cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes.
US, Global, or ex-US experience is highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or life sciences.
