Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing agency team. This role involves managing influencer marketing initiatives for multiple clients across various industries, including health and wellness, beauty, food & beverage, and entertainment. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with exceptional organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong relationships with influencers and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audiences, and brand voice to develop tailored influencer strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates and reporting campaign progress.
Present campaign proposals, strategies, and performance analyses in a clear, client-focused manner.

Campaign Development & Execution

Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, ensuring alignment with each client’s objectives.
Conduct influencer discovery and outreach for multiple clients, identifying talent that matches their unique needs and brand identity.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers to meet campaign KPIs.
Oversee content creation, ensuring it meets clients’ brand standards and campaign requirements.

Performance Analysis

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics for multiple clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement, impressions, and conversions, for client reporting and optimization.

Industry Trends & Innovation

Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices to provide innovative ideas to clients.
Identify new opportunities for client growth through emerging platforms or creative strategies.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting or managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Multi-Client Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients with varying needs and goals.
Social Media Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.
Analytical Skills: Experience with campaign tracking and performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights, influencer marketing platforms).
Project Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective influencer outreach and client presentations.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with influencers, clients, and internal team members.
