The Implementation Project Manager must be highly organized and detail-oriented to oversee the successful execution of implementation projects, new customer installations, and incremental business implementations for our organization. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that project objectives are met within specified deadlines. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strategic mindset will be crucial in driving the successful implementation of our projects.

Duties And Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and customer requirements.
Coordinate and lead project teams, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure effective collaboration.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively take necessary actions to mitigate them.
Develop workflows, flowcharts, risk and gap analysis, resolution logs, and project plans to outline the sequential steps, processes, requirements, and needs involved in complex processes or implementations.
Track project milestones and deliverables, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting transparency, trust, and cooperation.
Resource Allocation and Management:
Identify resource needs for project implementation and work with relevant teams to secure necessary resources.
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project goals.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
Identify and manage project risks, proactively implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct thorough project evaluations, assessing outcomes against predetermined success criteria and identifying areas for improvement.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and identify potential bottlenecks.
Continuous Improvement:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
Identify and manage project risks, proactively implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct thorough project evaluations, assessing outcomes against predetermined success criteria and identifying areas for improvement.
Additional duties:
Executes additional responsibilities as required and/or designated by Janus Healthcare management.

Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline OR combination of experience and education.
3+ years of proven experience as an Implementation Project Manager or in a similar role, successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Experience in the mental health or behavioral health industry required.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Knowledge of data collection and report creation to evaluate project implementation and program success.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
Experience working with Microsoft products for project management and documentation is preferred.

Compensation

$70,000 – $92,000 based on experience
