Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our services and resolve issues promptly.
Update and maintain customer accounts in our database.
Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented appropriately.

Qualifications
