The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and talented Client Success Coordinator who will be responsible for facilitating the development and growth of key customer relationships. In this role, you will serve as the point person for Client Success Managers to implement large-scale projects, help with incoming client questions, facilitate meetings, coordinate client training and more. You will be an integrated part of the success of our clients.

Responsibilities
Assist and collaborate with the Client Success Managers to ensure high-value clients receive exceptional support
Build client event pages and reserved seating maps
Run or assist with client product trainings
Generate sales and post-event reporting for clients
Document feature requests and communicate with the Product team
Coordinate client event equipment and staffing requests
Respond to client requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate channels
Work on other implementation or support projects as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of live events experience in ticketing, box office, operations, or related roles
Proven track record in account management with understanding of event operations, event marketing
Excellent communications, verbal, written and ability to deliver presentations or trainings
Exceptionally professionally positive attitude, proactive and responsive
Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Google Suite and Excel/GoogleSheets
In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 / Year + Bonus + Equity

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 – 70,000 USD per year (Remote – United States)
