WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

Responsible for driving the execution of the company’s vision and plans, providing coaching and mentoring to department leaders, to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Oversee the adoption and consistent application of the EOS framework and processes across the organization.
Analyzes operations to identify and implement improvements to streamline internal processes and enhance customer service.
Manages the company’s P&L, ensuring revenue and expenses align with growth targets, and oversees financial processes to achieve profitability.
Assess industry trends to uncover new revenue opportunities, and create actionable business plans to drive performance and growth.
Oversees vendor relationships and ensures compliance with insurance, tax, and government requirements.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

Proven experience scaling a company with revenue above $10 million.
Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
Results-oriented with a history of driving both impact and profitability.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
