Your Responsibilities

Manage and configure chatbot systems to provide high-quality customer interactions
Monitor chatbot performance and analyze user interactions to identify areas for improvement
Work with team members to create and optimize conversational flows and scripts
Collect and incorporate user feedback to enhance the chatbot’s capabilities
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technology
Support colleagues in effectively utilizing chatbot tools and managing interactions

Requirements

No experience needed; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
Basic tech-savviness and interest in digital communication are required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset to assess performance data and user engagement
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
