This exciting internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2025 to June 2025.
What You Will Do
The Graphics Design team builds graphic design and character art for style guides used for park merchandise. We craft art for all the Disney, Star Wars, Pixar, and even Marvel stories that will build tangible memories for our Park Guests. As an intern, you will be responsible for the development of graphic design & branding for product development style guides and portfolios across multiple franchises under the direction of project design leads.
On any given day you might:
Craft and produce graphic design assets from concept to final artwork
Coordinate and bring awareness of design, fashion, and market trends to the development of art style and new technique
Build strong POV or mood boards for projects
Contribute new graphic design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions
Coordinate graphic design standards to meet brand guidelines and strategies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Advanced traditional and digital drawing skills in addition to concept capabilities
Creative digital literacy (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote)
Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects, meeting established timelines
Highly developed graphic design, layout, color, and illustration skills, as well as knowledge of basic production skills
Education
Be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
Undergraduate students currently enrolled in their senior year, or graduated within the past six months majoring in Graphic Design, or a related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
May not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Program

The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 – June 2025
Ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) Monday – Friday, for the duration of the internship
Being able to provide own housing and reliable transportation to/from work is required
